Mary-Margaret Bierbaum, CA State Bar #107893, is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Defense, and has been trying cases for over 20 years. She practices in all San Francisco and Monterey Bay Area counties in California. She will appear in both Federal and State court. She is also available for mediation and expert witness (criminal law) services. Weekend and Evening Appointments available.

Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Bierbaum was an assistant District Attorney in San Francisco, Santa Cruz and San Benito counties.

Ms. Bierbaum also practices Personal Injury law, which she has successfully pursued for the past 17 years.
