Ms. Bierbaum has been in Private Practice since 1990 and established
her own firm in February 1992. Prior to that, she worked with the Santa
Cruz, San Francisco, and San Benito District Attorneys' Offices as an
Assistant DA, 1983-1990. Ms. Bierbaum has extensive jury trial experience
and has handled numerous court trials (before a Judge) including
preliminary hearings, motions, and sentencing hearings. She also advocates
for respondents at DMV hearings and has successfully retained driver's
licenses (prevented suspensions), in over 40% of cases.
